Persimmon Toast with Sour Cream and Cinnamon

  1. Spread sour cream on the bread.
  2. Slice the persimmon into 7mm pieces and lay on the bread.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon and granulated sugar.
  4. Bake in the oven until the surface has browned.
  5. Top with honey if you like.
