Cranberry Eggnog

  1. In a blender container, combine cranberry juice, dry pudding mix, rum extract and Pumpkin Pie Spice.
  2. Cover and blend on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into 4 glasses.
  4. Garnish each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite.
