Cranberry Eggnog
- 4 cups reduced-calorie cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 (4 ounce) packagejell-o sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 12 teaspoon rum extract
- 14 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 14 cup Cool Whip Lite
- In a blender container, combine cranberry juice, dry pudding mix, rum extract and Pumpkin Pie Spice.
- Cover and blend on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds.
- Pour into 4 glasses.
- Garnish each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite.
