Breakfast sandwich
- 3 english muffins
- 3 eggs
- 3 slice cheese
- 3 slice crispy bacon
- Lightly toast English muffins and set aside.
- Meanwhile, fry 3 slices of bacon in a hot skillet until crispy.
- Remove to a paper towel to soak up excess grease.
- Fry 3 eggs, break the yolk if you don't want runny eggs!

- Assemble sandwiches.
- One egg, one slice of cheese, and one piece of bacon (broken in half) inside each English muffin.
