Besan and Coconut Laddoos
- 1 cup besan flour (gram flour)
- 4 -5 cardamom pods
- 2 cups milk
- sugar, as required
- desiccated coconut, as required
- almonds, for garnishing
- pistachios, for garnishing
- Take a non-stick pan, roast the cardamoms for a minute.
- Then add the gram flour and dry roast it for 5 mins on low flame until it gives its characteristic aroma.
- Add milk and sugar ,cover the pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- When the milk dries, cool the mixture and shape into laddoos.
- If the mixture is a bit runny ,add some coconut in it and make small laddoos.
- Roll the laddoos into the remaining coconut until they get coated.
- Granish with almonds or pistachios.
- Your healthy and tasty laddoos are ready to enjoy :).
