Chocolate Heaven Cake - Sugar Free

  1. Preheat oven 350F Grease a 8" springform pan.
  2. Separate eggs and bring.
  3. to room temperature.
  4. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave or on top of double boiler.
  5. Beat egg whites til stiff.
  6. In separate bowl beat yolks, Splenda,.
  7. and vanilla.
  8. Add chocolate mixture, then almond flour.
  9. Gently fold into egg whites.
  10. Pour into pan and bake 20 - 25 minutes.
  11. center will spring back when touched Cool 10 minute and remove ring.
  12. To make sauce melt chocolate., stir in cream, vanilla and Splenda.
  13. Slice cake and pour sauce on top.
  14. Keep refrigerated.
