Wapsipinicon Salad Recipe

  1. Combine all of the dressing ingredients, mix and pour over the artichoke hearts.
  2. Allow to stand several hrs.
  3. Peel and section grapefruit with a sharp knife so which membrane is removed.
  4. Combine with greens, artichokes and dressing; toss gently but thoroughly.
  5. Serves 6 to 8.
