chicken sliders!
- 6 large Chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 bottles of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 2 dozen rolls
- bake chicken for 1 hour at 375
- once done allow adequate cooling time then pull apart in small pieces go with the grain of the chicken, rid the unappealing parts (veins, fat) combine all in a large bowl, be generous with your BBQ sauce it needs to be wet and saucy
- add cheese if desired, warm in oven at 275 until your ready to roll.. cook only a cpl hours before event to avoid poor taste and hardening of the rolls.
