Moms Stuffing
- 2 bags bread cubes, unseasoned
- 8 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 5 tablespoons parsley
- 3 tablespoons dried dill weed
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 4 grated carrots
- 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1 14 cups oleo
- Saute onion and celery in oleo(which is 1.5 sticks) until slightly tender.
- Boil 2-3 c water and mix everything well, add enough of the boiling water to make it soft.
- Add grated carrots last.
- Spray pice of wide aluminum foil with cooking spray and fold up stuffing into it.
- Put small amount of water about 3-4c adn 3 chix bouillon cubes in bottom of roasting pan.
- Also put 10-15 holes in the foil so the stuffing steams in a stove top roasting pan or in oven at about 325F Apprx 2-3 hours cook time.
