Easy Mac & Cheese (No Bake)

  1. In a large pot boil 4 quarts of water with 1 teaspoon salt and cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside pasta.
  3. In a large saucepan on medium heat, melt 1/2 a stick butter.
  4. Add 1 can cheddar cheese soup, salt, & pepper.
  5. Stir about 1 minute or until smooth.
  6. Slowly stir in shredded sharp cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Add 1/2 cup sour cream and stir until well blended.
  8. Stir in 1 cup milk and stir until smooth.
  9. Add cooked macaroni noodles.
  10. Stir and serve!
