Easy Mac & Cheese (No Bake)
- 1 lb Uncooked macaroni noodles
- 1/2 stick salted butter
- 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (It turns out better if you buy the block and shred yourself)
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- In a large pot boil 4 quarts of water with 1 teaspoon salt and cook pasta until al dente.
- Drain and set aside pasta.
- In a large saucepan on medium heat, melt 1/2 a stick butter.
- Add 1 can cheddar cheese soup, salt, & pepper.
- Stir about 1 minute or until smooth.
- Slowly stir in shredded sharp cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Add 1/2 cup sour cream and stir until well blended.
- Stir in 1 cup milk and stir until smooth.
- Add cooked macaroni noodles.
- Stir and serve!
