Salmon and Eggs

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Heat oil in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onions; cook and stir 3 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Whisk next 5 ingredients until well blended.
  6. Add to skillet; stir.
  7. Place skillet in oven.
  8. Bake 6 to 8 min.
  9. or until center is set.
  10. Cool 1 min.
  11. Spread mustard over salmon; place, mustard-sides down, over eggs.
  12. Cut into wedges.
