Cheesy Bread With Scallions
- 34 cup water
- 1 egg, whisked
- 4 tablespoons softened cream cheese
- 3 12 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons fast-rising active dry yeast
- 4 ounces rosemary crusted goat cheese, diced small
- 1 ounce grated parmesan cheese
- 3 small scallions, sliced thin
- 1 egg
- Place water, egg, cream cheese in pan.
- Top with flour placing sugar, salt and yeast in separate corners.
- Set machine on dough cycle.
- Add cheeses the last five minutes of kneading.
- Remove dough and place on floured surface.
- Punch down gentle and shape into a round loaf.
- Place on oiled pan and cover with oil and plastic wrap.Rise 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brush bread with egg wash.
- Score bread into 8 segments scoring c`s center out.
- Bake 35 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy.
