Dutch Boy Pancake

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Add butter to 9-inch pie plate; heat in oven until melted.
  3. Tilt pie plate to evenly coat bottom and side with butter.
  4. Beat flour, salt, milk and eggs with whisk until blended; pour into pie plate.
  5. Place on lowest oven rack.
  6. Bake 18 min.
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
  8. Bake an additional 10 min.
  9. or until golden brown.
  10. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and marshmallow cream with mixer until blended.
  11. Fill pancake with fruit; top with cream cheese mixture.
