Chicken Sliders With Brie
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato pesto
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 16 slider buns
- 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- baby lettuce leaf
- sliced tomatoes
- In a bowl, combine mayo, pesto, and mustard.
- Mix well.
- Add chicken and toss to combine.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread cut side of buns with equal portions of chicken mixture.
- Lay cheese across top halves.
- Place tops on baking sheet and broil until cheese is just beginning to melt.
- Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Put tops and bottoms together and serve.
