Cake Mix Cinnamon Rolls
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- cinnamon
- butter
- powdered sugar, butter and water for glaze
- Mix and knead first 4 ingredients.
- Place in greased pan until doubled in bulk.
- Roll out about 1/2-inch thick.
- Spread with softened butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Roll as for jelly roll.
- Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
- Put in pan.
- Let rise until doubled in bulk.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Glaze with powdered sugar, butter and water mix. Best to divide dough in half to work with it.
- I like to put some extra sugar and butter in pan before I put in rolls.
