Ham, Egg, & Cheese Bagel Sandwich

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Meanwhile, toast the bagel to your liking.
  3. In the skillet, cook the ham slices for 1-2 minutes on each side or until just starting to brown.
  4. You don't want them to get dry/crispy.
  5. After cooked, place on bottom half of toasted bagel and top ham with slice of cheese.
  6. Spray the skillet with cooking spray and add egg, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook to your liking.
  8. I prefer it sunny side up or over easy so it makes a gooey sandwich.
  9. After cooked, place on top of ham/cheese.
  10. Spread mayonnaise on top half of bun and top sandwich with it.
