Banana Brownie-Bottom Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  4. Add 2 cups granulated sugar; mix well.
  5. Blend in 3 eggs and vanilla.
  6. Stir in 1 cup flour.
  7. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Bake 15 min.
  9. Meanwhile, beat remaining egg, granulated sugar, bananas, brown sugar and oil in large bowl until blended.
  10. Mix remaining flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in separate bowl.
  11. Add to banana mixture; mix well.
  12. Spoon banana mixture over partially baked cake layer in pan; spread to evenly cover bottom layer.
  13. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  14. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
