Cheese Wafers

  1. Cut softened margarine into the flour.
  2. Add grated cheese and seasonings.
  3. Fold in the cereal.
  4. (The dough will be very flaky at this point.)
  5. Use your hands to press dough into small balls (about 1 inch) and place on a cookie sheet.
  6. Flatten balls with a fork dipped in flour (or the palm of your hand).
  7. You should be able to get 4-5 dozen crackers out of the mix, depending on the size of your crackers.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
