Jo.s Crockpot Lasagna
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
- 18 teaspoons Dried Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (or 2 Tablespoons Fresh)
- 3/4 teaspoons Dried Crushed Fennel Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Minced Onions
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 9 ounces, weight No Boil Lasagna Noodles (1 Package)
- 2 jars (26 Ounce Jars) Pasta Sauce
- 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
- 16 ounces, weight Ricotta
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- Take the raw ground turkey and the next 9 ingredients (black pepper, parley, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, fennel seeds, paprika, minced onions, salt).
- Mix well and place in the fridge overnight to make your turkey sausage mix.
- The next day, in a medium skillet, brown the turkey sausage mix over medium heat until crumbly and brown.
- Place in a crock pot.
- Take the no boil noodles and split each one in half.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (pasta sauce, cheeses, and parsley), reserving 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese for topping.
- Mix everything up together and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
- Five minutes before serving, top with the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Cover to melt the cheese.
- Serve.
