Jo.s Crockpot Lasagna

  1. Take the raw ground turkey and the next 9 ingredients (black pepper, parley, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, fennel seeds, paprika, minced onions, salt).
  2. Mix well and place in the fridge overnight to make your turkey sausage mix.
  3. The next day, in a medium skillet, brown the turkey sausage mix over medium heat until crumbly and brown.
  4. Place in a crock pot.
  5. Take the no boil noodles and split each one in half.
  6. Add the rest of the ingredients (pasta sauce, cheeses, and parsley), reserving 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese for topping.
  7. Mix everything up together and stir to combine.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  9. Five minutes before serving, top with the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese.
  10. Cover to melt the cheese.
  11. Serve.
