Egg Foo Yong With Hot Soy Sauce

  1. Combine soy sauce and all sauce ingredients.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Keep warm.
  4. Meanwhile, combine eggs, meat, onion and veggies.
  5. Heat oil in large skillet.
  6. Dip out 1/4 cup egg mixture into skillet set on low - medium heat.
  7. Fry on one side until very lightly browned.
  8. Flip and brown the other side.
  9. I double the sauce because we like the eggs to be swimming in it.

safflower oil, eggs, chicken, onion, celery, bean sprouts, tamari, cornstarch, sugar, vinegar, salt, cold water
