Basting Sauce For Fish Recipe

• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 1/4 c. lemon juice
• 1 tsp crushed garlic
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 dsh Tabasco sauce or possibly to taste

1. Combine ingredients and zap in the microwave for about 1 1/2 min till the butter is melted.
2. Brush on fish with basting brush.
3. Grill fish on high heat turning frequently till cooked.
4. Baste with sauce every time you turn it.
