Creamy, cheesy, cauliflower pistachios

  1. In a large pan add ghee and heat
  2. Chop the cauliflower up I even used the leaves.
  3. Put them in first.
  4. Saute till tender add the cauliflower.
  5. Saute till it has shrunk just a bit.
  6. Add water.
  7. Cover let simmer till tender.
  8. Add milk
  9. Crush the pistachios
  10. cover simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  11. Add salt, paprika, and crushed pistachios.
  12. Cover
  13. Add parmesan cheese Let simmer 12 minutes, mash the cauliflower just a bit.
  14. Let sit 5 minutes.
  15. Stir and serve hope you enjoy!
