South of the Border Muffuletta

  1. Cut bread in half.
  2. Scoop out the center.
  3. Combine yogurt, onion, garlic, mustard and taco seasoning.
  4. Spread onto bread.
  5. Layer chicken, cheese and veggies on the bread.
  6. Cut into wedges.
