Shrimp Curry

  1. Melt butter in skillet- add onion, green pepper & garlic.
  2. Cook until tender but not brown.
  3. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice & all other seasonings.
  4. Add Shrimp, cook over low heat, stirring until thoroughly heated.
  5. (Note: Don't let it boil or it will be very thin.)
  6. Feeds 4-5 people.
  7. Serve over Saffron Yellow Rice {(2) 5oz bags}.
