Blond Brownie Caramel Cups Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- Heat butter in saucepan.
- Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar.
- Add in vanilla and egg.
- Mix well.
- Add in dry ingredients, stir in 1/2 c. minced nuts.
- Line 16 muffin c. with baking c.. Divide batter proportionately among the 16 c.. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 20 min or possibly till golden.
- Meanwhile, heat caramels with water over low heat.
- Stir till smooth.
- Immediately after pans are removed from the oven, place chocolate chips in center.
- Spoon scant Tbsp.
- of caramel over chocolate chips.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Cold.
