Simple Crepes From Pancake Mix
- 30 grams Pancake mix
- 1 Egg (medium)
- 70 grams Milk or Soy Milk
- 5 grams Sugar
- Gather your ingredients.
- Mix the pancake mix and sugar gently with a whisk.
- Add the egg and mix well with the whisk.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add the milk.
- Continue mixing.
- Heat a Teflon frying pan and melt the butter.
- Take about 80% of a ladleful of batter and pour into the pan.
- Let the batter spread out in the pan.
- Now cook it on a low heat to prevent burning.
- As it cooks and changes color, it will start to peel around the edges.
- When it starts to look like a lightly fried egg, flip it.
- All it needs is about 10 seconds on the other side and it's done!
- Put the crepe on a plate and cook the rest of the batter.
- Once it's all done, wrap and let cool.
- As for the filling, try ice cream, custard, or fruit as a dessert!
- You could also fill it with candied chestnuts and whipped cream.
- All you need is chocolate sauce on top and you're set!
