Top sirloin
- 1 1/4 lb top sirloin steak
- 1 worcestorshire lea & perrins
- 2 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- use meat tenderizer mallet to pound steak
- Season meat with garlic salt
- add worcestorshire and soy sauce
- set your grill flame to med high.
- Cook steak for 20 min
