Crushed Cucumber in Chinese-Style Marinade

  1. Sprinkle the cucumbers with a little salt and roll on a cutting board.
  2. Bash with a rolling pin to make cracks.
  3. Break into small pieces with your hands.
  4. Sprinkle with more salt, rub, and leave for 20-30 minute.
  5. Squeeze out the water.
  6. Put the cucumber pieces in a plastic bag with the ingredients (adjusted to taste), and rub over the bag.
  7. When the seasoning ingredients are well distributed, add the ingredients and rub again.
  8. Rest for several hours.
  9. The flavors will soak into the cucumber and it'll be delicious.
