AMIEs Jelly with Cheese
- 1 sachet Gulaman jelly powder (yellow unflavored)
- 1 1/2 liter warm water
- 1/4 kg sugar or more as desire
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can all purpose cream or whipped cream
- 10 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can kernel corn/sweet corn (optional)
- Pour gulaman powder in water, stir well until dissolve.
- Add sugar and mix well until blended.
- Put mixture into heat, stir continuosly until it l boils.
- Pour into molder and leave it to cool.
- Slice gulaman into cubes or strips, or shape it in whatever shape desire.
- Add milk and cream, stirring well until combined.
- Add the cheese, mix well and place corn on top (if desired).
- Put in the fridge 6 hours.
- Overnight is the best.
- Serve, share and enjoy.
