Omelette with Spring Colours

  1. Remove the edamame from the pods.
  2. Slice the sausage and cheese into fairly large pieces.
  3. Break and beat the egg, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour a batch of the egg mixture into a pan and cook on a low heat.
  5. Evenly line up the edamame, sausage and cheese.
  6. Roll it as if you were making a normal omelette.
  7. Pour in the next batch and repeat step 3.
  8. When it has cooked, allow it to cool on a rack.
  9. If your bento box is small, reduce the amount of filling.
