Balsamic Salad Dressing

• 14 cup white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons water
• 12 cup olive oil
• 3 -4 garlic cloves, mashed
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper

1. Mix and allow time for dressing to meld flavors.
