Chicken 'N Noodles Recipe
- 15 lbs. chicken cubes
- 15 c. (3 lbs.) egg noodles (raw)
- 3 gallons water
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 1/4 c. butter
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. chicken stock
- 1/2 c. bran
- 3/4 gallon lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
- Cook noodles in water, salt and oil.
- Heat butter; stir in flour.
- Add in lowfat milk, bran and chicken stock.
- Heat till thickened.
- Combine all ingredients into 2 steamer pans.
- Bake 1 hour, or possibly till warm, at 350 degrees
