Really Easy Tonkotsu (Pork Bone) Ramen Soup

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pan.
  2. Put all the seasonings and mix well.
  3. When it comes to a simmer, the soup is done.
  4. Taste and adjust by adding more Weipa.
  5. Add soy milk at the very end; it's best not to let it boil.
  6. Variation 1: My wife made me a diet ramen using shirataki noodles.
  7. They had a nice texture and were delicious.
  8. Variation 2: We tried it as a dipping sauce for somen noodles.
  9. The whole family liked it.
