Kielbasa and Bow Tie Soup
- 2 tablespoons italian parsley minced
- 1/4 pound polish kielbasa sausage cut 1/4 inch pieces
- 1 can chicken broth
- 15 ounces tomatoes, canned with juice
- 1 1/2 cups pasta, bow-tie (farfalle)
- Cook sausage until lightly browned.
- Add broth and tomatoes; cover, bring to boil over high heat.
- Uncover, add pasta, cook to al dente, 8 to 9 minutes.
- Spoon into bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
