Blackened Tilapia
- 4 -6 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 1 12 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 12 teaspoons ground red pepper
- 1 12 teaspoons basil, dried
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Heat grill on high 5 minutes.
- Mix all seasonings in a bowl.
- Dip fillets in melted butter.
- Coat both sides of fillets with seasonings.
- Place fillets on mesh grill sheet and cook 2 minutes on each side.
