Blackened Tilapia

  1. Heat grill on high 5 minutes.
  2. Mix all seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Dip fillets in melted butter.
  4. Coat both sides of fillets with seasonings.
  5. Place fillets on mesh grill sheet and cook 2 minutes on each side.
