Spicy Sesame Buffalo Chicken Wings
- 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Sweet & Sticky Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 lb. (900 g) chicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Mix first 5 ingredients; pour over chicken in large glass bowl.
- Stir to evenly coat chicken with seasoning mixture.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place chicken in single layer in shallow foil-lined pan.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until done.
- Transfer chicken to platter; sprinkle with onions.
