Gigi Recipe

  1. Combine Lillet, St-Germain, and vodka in a cocktail shaker and top with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Carefully float champagne on top of Lillet mixture.
  4. Garnish with pear slice and serve.
