Double Chocolate Chubbies

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Microwave semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolates and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.
  3. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth; let cool to room temperature.
  4. Beat eggs and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed 5 minutes.
  5. Beat in chocolate mixture and vanilla.
  6. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until well blended.
  7. Stir in white chocolate chunks and walnuts.
  8. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  9. Bake 10 minutes or until slightly cracked but moist.
  10. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
  11. Cool completely on wire rack.
  12. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
