Double Chocolate Chubbies
- 1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 3 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. (6 squares) BAKER'S White Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups toasted PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
- Heat oven to 325F.
- Microwave semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolates and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth; let cool to room temperature.
- Beat eggs and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed 5 minutes.
- Beat in chocolate mixture and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until well blended.
- Stir in white chocolate chunks and walnuts.
- Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 minutes or until slightly cracked but moist.
- Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
