Cheddar Pecan Roll

  1. Combine sour cream and cheese in bowl.
  2. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  3. Stir in pecans.
  4. Shape mixture into 10-inch long roll.
  5. Wrap in plastic food wrap.
  6. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or until firm.
  7. Slice roll into 1/4-inch slices.
  8. Arrange on large platter with assorted fresh fruit, if desired.
