Apple-Glazed Chicken Drumsticks
- 4 chicken drumsticks, skin-on (skinless is ok too)
- 14 cup apple butter
- 14 cup molasses
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 apples, cored and sliced into eighths
- In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients for the mairnade.
- Add the drumsticks and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil and then set the drumsticks in it.
- Broil for 13-15 minutes, turning the drumsticks occasionally and brushing them with the marinade.
- Serve with apple slices.
