18 Minute Chocolate Cake

  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt and cocoa in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in a sauce pan, water, oil and butter.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Pour into dry mix and beat until smooth.
  5. Add buttermilk, eggs and soda.
  6. Beat; batter will be thin.
  7. Pour into well greased jelly roll pan.
  8. Cool on a wire rack; while still a little warm, frost with Rocky Road Frosting
