Anjou Pear Mojito

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the leaves from 1 mint sprig with the pear nectar.
  2. Add ice and the rum, Calvados, lime juice and Simple Syrup.
  3. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  4. Stir in the club soda.
  5. Garnish with the remaining mint sprig and the pear slice.
