Pot A Chin Wau Recipe

  1. Brown pork with garlic, onion salt and pepper.
  2. Boil and mash potatoes.
  3. Drain pork with a slotted spoon and put in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
  4. Spread cream corn over meat mix.
  5. Spread potatoes over the cream corn.
  6. Dot with butter.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
