Easy Egg Sandwich Cups

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  4. Spray 6 muffin tins.
  5. 3.
  6. Split English Muffins in half.
  7. Flatten each half and quarter them.
  8. Place each in bottom of the muffin tin.
  9. 4.
  10. Place a piece of taylor ham (uncooked) or bacon (cooked) to cover bread.
  11. 5.
  12. Top with egg.
  13. 6.
  14. Cook approximately 6-8 minutes or until egg has set.
  15. 7.
  16. Top with cheddar and return to oven for 2 minutes to melt cheese.
