Taco Ring
- 2 can crescent rolls (6 count)
- 1 lb ground hamburger meat
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 salsa or 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 cup shredded mexican style cheese
- 1 can sweet whole corn
- 1 sour cream, to taste
- brown hamburger meat and follow Taco seasoning directions.
- meanwhile preheat oven to 375.
- Arrange uncooked present rolls in a circular shape, corners overlapping, like a Sun.
- add half can refried beans to hamburger mixture.
- Mix well.
- Spoon meat onto overlapping present rolls.
- Wrap ends of crescent rolls over meat and tuck underneath.
- wrap the entire 'ring'.
- place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Crescent rolls should be slightly brown on top.
- While ring cooks, heat corn to package directions and set all ingredients out.
- Remove from oven when done, top with ingredients and enjoy!
