Daikon Radish and Tuna Salad with Wasabi Mayonnaise

  1. Slice the daikon radish thinly, and cut into 1 cm matchsticks.
  2. Sprinkle salt on the daikon.
  3. When they wilt, squeeze out the water.
  4. Combine the daikon with drained tuna and green onion.
  5. Add mayonnaise, wasabi and soy sauce and mix well.
  6. Taste, and add a little salt if needed.
