Daikon Radish and Tuna Salad with Wasabi Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Daikon radish
- 1 can Canned tuna (small)
- 1 dash Green onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Wasabi paste
- 1 dash Soy sauce
- 1 Salt
- Slice the daikon radish thinly, and cut into 1 cm matchsticks.
- Sprinkle salt on the daikon.
- When they wilt, squeeze out the water.
- Combine the daikon with drained tuna and green onion.
- Add mayonnaise, wasabi and soy sauce and mix well.
- Taste, and add a little salt if needed.
