Cookie Pops

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs; beat just until blended.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon; add to margarine mixture.
  5. Beat on low speed until well blended.
  6. Stir in oats, 2 cups of the cereal and the raisins.
  7. Drop 1/4 cupful of dough onto greased baking sheet; flatten slightly to form 3-inch circle.
  8. Repeat with remaining dough to form 16 cookies.
  9. Press remaining 3/4 cup cereal gently into tops of dough rounds.
  10. Bake 12 min.
  11. or until golden brown.
  12. Remove to wire racks.
  13. Immediately insert pop stick in 1 side of each warm cookie to resemble lollipop.
  14. Cool completely.
  15. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 4 days.
