Roast Beef and Tomato Salad

  1. Place potatoes on a lined baking tray, spray with oil and bake at 200C for 35-40 minutes until golden and tender.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
  3. Toss together the potatoes, beans, tomatoes, roast beef and onion.
  4. Serve drizzled with dressing.
