Lower Calorie Iced Mocha

  1. Pour espresso into pint glass.
  2. Add sugar-free and regular chocolate syrup, stir until dissolved.
  3. Mix in fat free half and half and milk.
  4. Fill glass rest of the way with ice cubes, stir a few times, and enjoy!
