Hot Crab Fondue Recipe
- 1 (5 ounce.) Old English cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce.) can Alaskan King crab, liquid removed, flaked, and washed (can use tuna fish instead)
- 1/4 c. light cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- In top of double boiler, over boiling water, combine cheese spread and cream cheese.
- Stir constantly till blended and smooth.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- If thickens from standing, stir in a little cream.
- Makes 2 1/2 c..
