Ginger Salad Dressing
- 12 cup sesame or 12 cup soy oil
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 13 cup diced onion
- 14 cup diced celery
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, plus
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons diced fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons grated lemons, rind of
- 12 teaspoon catsup
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until vegetables are pureed.
- Store in covered jar.
- Shake thoroughly before using.
